Terms and conditions

• Non refundable deposit of 20% required upon acceptance of booking.
• Balance of payment required a minimum of 10 weeks before holiday commences.
• Payment can be made in euro or pound sterling.


• No single sex groups under the age of 25.
• Smoking restricted to outside areas only (Including Balconies).
• Number of people residing in the apartment should not exceed number on booking form.
• Please note - The complex is not disabled accessible, and the apartment is situated on the 2nd floor.
• All gas, electricity, internet & mains water included in price.
• Towels & bedding provided.
• Do not remove towels from the apartment.
• Please return safe key on completion of your holiday.
• Please report all breakages and/or damage to Pat or Graham (Apartment Rental  Management)
• The key will be given to you on arrival by Pat or Graham (Apartment Rental Management) Please ensure you return keys to Pat or Graham on completion of your holiday.
• Please respect your neighbours and their right to a relaxing holiday, by keeping noise to a minimum.
• Please observe the pool rules, as these are for your safety. The pool closes from Mid October until Early April.

HELPFUL ADVICE

Transfers to & from Antalya Airport can be arranged at a cost of £30 each way for up to 4 passengers & £50 each way for 5-7 passengers. Please state whether you would require a transfer at the time of booking and it will be arranged for you.

If the gas runs out, it will be replaced at our expense. Please contact Pat or Graham for a replacement (contact details will be provided on arrival). Alternatively, you can also ask Seratin, the Complex housemaster.

If you require water for the water cooler, you can purchase it from the market across the road from the apartment and they will deliver it to the apartment for you (cost approx 5 ytl).

It is important that you use a reputable company if going on tours & trips. Please ensure your operator has adequate insurance & is licensed to sell tours & trips.

The Side Market is held on a Saturday across from the Mosque. Manavgat has two Market days, (Monday & Thursday) check locally for location.

There is a free beach bus service during high season available from outside the apartment.

We would recommend you exchange money locally, as we have found that Turkish banks offer the best exchange rates. You will need to take your passport when exchanging money at a bank.

When travelling from the UK, you are required to pay a £10 entry visa per person. Please ensure it is a clean, pristine note. Torn and/or dirty notes will not be accepted.

Various other countries are also required to pay an entry visa, please check before departure for costs etc.

For your own security, please lock both top and bottom locks when leaving the apartment & when going to bed. Please ensure all windows and patio doors are locked securely before leaving the apartment should you go out for the evening.
